Registration at the University of Lomé

The University of Lomé is a public higher education establishment. It is open to all holders of a Baccalaureate diploma or an equivalent diploma. It has nineteen (19) establishments: six (6) faculties, five (5) schools, four (4) institutes, four (4) training centers and a Chinese Language Institute.

To study in a 1st, 2nd or 3rd cycle program at an establishment of the University of Lomé, you must identify the program that interests you and apply for admission.

For high school graduates

Registration for the Bachelor’s degree at the University of Lomé is done in three (3) phases:

  • 1st phase: online registration on the platform https://etu.univ-lome.tg/inscriptions.
  • 2nd phase: final submission of the registration file at the counters of the Directorate of Academic Affairs and Education (DAAS) of the University of Lomé.
  • 3rd phase: educational registration within establishments

For foreign students or Togolese having obtained diplomas from other foreign universities, the first registration at the University of Lomé is subject to a passage through the Certification Division of the Directorate of Academic Affairs and Education (DAAS ) for the approval and accreditation of diplomas.

For students

  • the student card from the previous year (original + copy);
  • the certificate of medical analyzes provided by the COUL for the previous year;
  • the Bank slip (original + copy);
  • the EU form bearing the bank’s stamp (03 copies);
  • the duly completed registration form;
  • the Certificate of Nationality;
  • an identity photo (normal format, white background) for those who have never obtained the digital card.

When should I start my admission?

Entrance exams for major schools and institutes of the University of Lomé are generally launched a few weeks after the announcement of the baccalaureate results for the current year and disseminated through the media. The same applies to establishments whose admissions are based on file study at the degree level.
