So, the message that I would like to share is that our university must make a difference, its transformation, to be an even more civic, open and diverse learning community. It has the human resources as well as impressive skills and talents to discover, reveal, bring out and develop. Through this culture of excellence, the search for quality, our university must assert itself more regionally and internationally. To achieve this, a transfiguration of its actions, its methods and above all its governance is apodictic. The opposite becomes compelling and prohibitive to any project for the evolution of our institution.

To achieve this ambition, we must work together more for the well-being of all. Let us work to preserve a living, studying and working environment conducive to the health, safety, dignity and success of the members of our community.

In addition, our campus has extraordinary development potential to be even more attractive and inclusive. Let’s work to make it more welcoming, sustainable, stimulating and warm not only for the faculty, students, administrative staff, but also for any interested creative person.

By strengthening our sense of belonging, we can better support our community with simplified services more adapted to the specific needs of each member. It is essential to adopt new ways of studying, teaching, research and working, in a more hybrid and more agile world.
